Energy Foundation Non-Domestic EPC Energy Assessor (Dip NDEA) training courses from Energy Foundation Training.

If you want to become a Commercial Energy Assessor, also referred to as a Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) then Energy Foundation Training have the energy assessor course for you! We will give you training through to acheiving your ABBE DipNDEA qualification so that you can be qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates - EPCs for commercial properties. Energy Foundation can offer both level 3 NDEA and level 4 NDEA training courses.

Commercial Energy Assessor Training Courses are undertaken at 2 levels.

• The NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Non-Domestic Energy Assessments (DipNDEA) allows you to carry out assessments on properties with a heating system of up to 120kw and an air conditioning unit of up to 12kw.
• The NVQ level 4 Diploma in Commercial Energy Assessments Qualification allows you to carry out assessments of properties with heating in excess of 120kw and also produce EPCs from site plans for new builds.

Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Non-Domestic Energy Assessments

The NDEA training course compromises of three elements, the first is a four day training course that teaches you the theory behind NDEPCs and the surveys required.The NDEA courses includes practical assessment to gain hands on experience. The second is "provision of evidence of competency via portfolio of evidence“ where you undertake 3 case study EPCs. Finally a multiple choice exam.

Courses start from £1499 + VAT and include everything to get you qualified, such as:

There is an option to purchase a package of Level 3 and 4 DipNDEA as well as the Display Energy Certificate (DipDEC) qualification for a reduced price of £3995.

Energy Foundation DEA and HIP training courses includes information on the preparation of the full HIP pack at no extra charge.
