Domestic EPC Course from Energy Foundation Training.

Do you want DEA Training to be able to conduct EPCs ? Our domestic energy assessment training course will ensure that you gain the ABBE DipDEA qualification so that you can produce Energy Performance Certiificates and be a Domestic Energy Assessor. With the ABBE DipDEA qualification you will be qualified to produce Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all existing domestic premises.  Our DEA training will also prepare you to move onto more complex qualifications such as NDEA and DEC assessing NVQs.

The Dip DEA and HIPs training course is provided at our energy assessor training centres in London, Preston, Glasgow, Oxford, Bristol, Leeds, Newcastle, Belfast, Birmingham and Leicester. Energy Foundation Training also offer bespoke energy assessor courses and can train at your site (subject to minimum numbers. Please phone the office to see where we are training soon.

What qualification do you get ? - NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessments. (DipDEA). Our taught courses, which are normally £1399 plus VAT include everything you need to get qualified, such as:

Energy Foundation DEA and HIP training courses includes information on the preparation of the full HIP pack at no extra charge.

An additional 1 day on-site guided survey + exam prep course is also available.

A 1 day course "Understanding and Auditing EPC's" is available to housing associations, councils and others. Please ring for details.

We do not consider it ethical to offer Home Inspector Training (DipHI) at the moment as there is no market for home condition reports, we would recommend this course instead as your entry point into a career as an energy assessor.
